This exhibition by San Francisco Bay Area artist Michael T. Puff, in Ryan Gallery, merges his diverse themes of figure, landscape and surrealism, which make his work completely unique. Puff begins creating with digital photographs, then manipulates them with digital technology and finally prints them by hand in the beautiful nineteenth-century Platinum and Palladium process. By combining both contemporary and historical photographic methods, Puff creates complex, one of a kind works of art.
